Your first visit
You'll meet the instructors, see the mat and get a feel for how classes run. Kids jump right in with the group; no experience or special gear is needed for the first class.
A typical class
Classes start with a bow and warm-up, then move into technique, drills and games. Instructors give hands-on corrections and celebrate effort, not just results.
Progress you can see
As students learn new skills, they work toward belt testing. Parents tell us they notice changes at home too: more confidence, better focus and better listening.
