Jiu-Jitsu is often called the "gentle art" because it teaches you to control an opponent using leverage instead of size or strength.
What is Jiu-Jitsu?
Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based martial art focused on positions, escapes and submissions. It's a thinking person's martial art, often described as a physical game of chess.
Why adults love it
It's a great workout, a powerful form of self-defense and a fantastic way to clear your head. Every class teaches you something new.
